kundalini awakening sahaja yoga

Yoga, derived from Sanskrit, is a lot more than just meditation - it stands for a way of life that balances the physical, mental and spiritual so there is harmony, that is why the name means union. This is one of the most ancient systems on personal development that is so comprehensive. Both a philosophy and science at once, it is 5000 years old and it stresses the importance of strengthening the body and mind at the same time paying attention to the inner movements of your soul.

A Yogi is a male who practices yoga and a Yogini is a female practitioner. Indian philosophy has six orthodox systems, of which this is one and is considered an applied science of the body and the mind. This is not just a case is of sitting in a lotus position and chanting in unity but is a huge subject and if you understand it can become a research for your entire life.

Practicing Yoga is one of the most effective ways of handling stress and it also effective in treating back problems that result due to postural defects. Complementary therapies make people feel good and this gives enough cause to cancer patients to resort to these methods. It is widely suggested that it should be practiced in the morning before you take any food.

This ancient holistic system has many styles, among which are the following: Raja Yoga is one of the four major paths of yoga which includes other ways to control ones body, power and mind and it is known as the 'kingly' form. Secondly, we have Kundalini Yoga which is a non-stressful and safe practice which is known to promise immediate results that are based on kriyas or sets of exercises that have been formulated specially. Hatha yoga comprises of postures or asana, prayanama or breath control and it is also the basis for the disciplines that are posture based. Sahaja Yoga is an ideal way of meditation based on a practice called 'Self Realization' (Kundalini awakening) which will be present in every human being. Moksha Hot Yoga - This is another form of yoga performed in a heated room, combining the foundation of traditional yoga with the precision of therapeutic yoga.

Yoga is getting famous nowadays and is being practiced by both the young as well as the old people as it is good for people of all ages. Yoga has become the fastest growing and most popular exercise trend of all because it isn't something that is necessarily done to you as it is something that you do. During pregnancy this is one of the best activities you can do safely. You build flexibility and endurance and it is gentle on the body. Among soldiers this practice is fast gaining popularity as they can improve their stamina, mental focus and flexibility. This was reported by Fit Yoga as well as the Associated Press. Therefore, it shouldn't be viewed only as a physical exercise but as a practice as well, which creates a much greater sense of inner harmony and well-being.
